Do I need to do the program in my home or can I use it outdoors?

Answer: We’ve used the routines on the grass and sand. It's designed to work indoors AND outdoors.

Do I need blocks and bands to do the routines?

Answer: You can actually do our yoga routines without even a mat! All you need is yourself. Blocks simply make certain difficult poses easier for you as you work up to them. It’s up to you if you want to use them.

Is there a recommended age range for this program?

Answer: No! The beauty of having our modules broken down into levels is that anyone can use them. You can start with our warm-up and level 1 routines no matter who you are and slowly work your way up at your pace.

Does Revive Yoga work for men?

Answer: Yes! Our upper level strength and fat loss routines will put even avid weight lifters to shame. Don’t underestimate the intensity of these routines, it can be used by men and women.

I'm a personal trainer. Can I use Revive Yoga with my clients?

Answer: Yes, our routines can be a great tool to introduce your clients to yoga slowly and in a way that complements your training methods.

Can I do cardio and weights at the gym while practicing Revive Yoga?

Answer: Absolutely, in fact, you’ll start to see improvements in the gym from our yoga routines. But the extra workouts in the gym are in no way necessary to see the changes in your body and mind!

How soon can I expect to see results?

Answer: The biggest results are visible in three different phases of the program: During the first week of practice as you start to feel your body and how it responds, during the 8th week of practice when you’ll start to move up levels in your modules, and after 12 weeks when most people will notice a marked transformation.
